This week I will be:
- Discovering the beautifully tailored dresses and separates from The Fold, a wonderful British clothing brand founded by the inspiring Polly McMaster after her MBA. This women’s workwear brand specialises in elegant collections for the professional woman as seen on Kate Middleton and Sam Cam. The Fold website even profiles the unique stories of some of their customers, the Fold Women.
- Watching the hilarious Amy Schumer in Trainwreck, a great alternative chick flick where the heroine drinks loads, has lots of sex and doesn’t want to fall in love. As always, Amy Schumer is absolute comedy gold and not afraid to tell it like it is (and beyond…). Watch at your own peril (and maybe not with your fiance’s parents as your recommended Christmas movie… oops!).
- Devouring the wonderfully cooked and seasoned food at Rosa’s Laotian pop-up Saiphin in Victoria. Highly recommend the wonderfully tangy aubergine salad and fried chicken wings (see pic). The chargrilled seabass is however the highlight. Catch this pop-up before it turns into a real Rosa’s Thai Cafe (not a bad thing either!) at the end of February.
